Now it's the turn of the flowers - more specifically, the wedding
flower. Have you picked out a particular flower designated as your
wedding flower? Choosing a particular flower as your wedding flower
is a good idea!
After all, there are so many things that involve flowers: the coronet
adorning the bride's head if she so wishes or the single wedding
flower worn Hawaiian-style, if it's an informal beach wedding; the
wedding bouquet, the wedding centerpiece, the décor as a
whole, even the individual seating name-cards for placements during
the reception. You can even weave the wedding theme round this wedding
flower. In that case, the wedding flower could feature in the wedding
bouquet and the wedding centerpiece as well as the wedding invitation
card. Garlands made of the wedding flower could be used to festoon
the altar too.
Now in particular, let's decide upon the wedding bouquet. The wedding
bouquet could be either a small posy of the season's best flowers
or the most exotic one. Or one that matches the theme.
Even the wedding centerpiece can be an elaborate one, occupying
pride of place amidst a circular arrangement of chairs and tables
for the wedding reception. Or the wedding 'centerpiece' could be
actually smaller individual replicas of the bigger wedding centerpiece.
Mind you, each can be arranged as per the theme, the decor and your
choice of the wedding flower.
As announced earlier, the wedding invitation could be designed likewise.
Ideas are fine, but who will execute these? We, of course. Did you
even pause to debate over this?
